The School of Weavers

Deep Practice for Facilitators, Coaches and System Stewards in Times of Disruption and Possibility

In a world shaped by uncertainty and profound transition, a new kind of practice is emerging – one rooted in relationship, attuned to living systems and capable of weaving the visible and invisible threads of change.

The School of Weavers is a space for those called to this work – facilitators, coaches, consultants and practitioners ready to deepen their craft and step into the unknown with more presence, skill and humility.

Why  Weaving?

Weaving is an ancient practice – bringing together threads, perspectives and people to create something relational and reciprocal. In complexity, nothing moves in straight lines. Change unfolds through relationship, interaction and emergence.

Weaving requires:

  • Attunement to the seen and unseen
  • Capacity to host uncertainty without rushing to solutions
  • Ability to hold space for others – and oneself – with care, clarity and humility

  • Practices that support vitality and deep listening to stay with what is present and emerging

The School of Weavers invites practitioners to cultivate these capacities – not through theory alone, but through embodied and collective living systems practice.

Who is This  For?

  • Experienced facilitators, coaches, consultants and systems conveners

  • Those working in organisational development, leadership, community transformation, or systems change

  • Practitioners sensing that conventional tools fall short in complexity

  • People ready to deepen into somatic, systemic and regenerative ways of working

  • Those willing to tend the field – within themselves, their teams and the wider systems they serve

What We Practice  Together

  • Complexity and Living Systems Approaches – working with patterns, relationships, emergence, and the non-linear

  • Somatic Practice & Embodied Leadership – anchoring presence and vitality in the body

  • Systemic Constellations & Field Dynamics – making the invisible visible, sensing systems beyond the obvious

  • Relational Practice & Hosting Space – cultivating environments where people can meet themselves and each other with depth and honesty

  • Regenerative and Trauma-Informed Practices – holding space for repair, resilience, and life-affirming action

How We  Work

The School of Weavers is not a quick-fix training. It’s a space for those who feel called to walk this path with curiosity, care and commitment.

We offer:

  • Immersive Retreats – deep practice in nature-based or quiet spaces

  • Ongoing Learning Circles – small, trusted groups for reflection, inquiry and capacity-building

  • One-to-One Mentoring – bespoke support for your own growth and learning

  • Collaborative Projects – real-world spaces to apply and evolve the work

Entering the Weave

This is not about mastering complexity – it’s about learning to move within it, together.

To host spaces where transformation can emerge.

To meet the unknown – with courage, humility and care.

If you feel the pull to deepen your practice within living systems and regenerative change, we invite you to explore The School of Weavers.

The world needs more skilled weavers. Let’s practice together.
