Living with Collapse online: inquiry and co-sensing practice

Some things compost slowly. Some things crack open quickly.
In March 2026 I’ll be holding space for a small online group of about eight people to explore how collapse moves through our lives, our bodies and our relationships.
Composting Collapse: A Co-Sensing Practice Circle
Four weeks of living inquiry into decay, joy and relational regeneration.
It’s a compost pile: alive, warm, messy and sometimes joyful.
We’ll explore:
— How collapse lives in the nervous system
— What becomes possible when we stop pretending or performing
— Composting as a spiritual and relational act
— The forces that move through us: pace, grief, productivity, reciprocity, joy
This is especially for people already close to collapse, not hypothetically but in your work, body or relationships.
If you’re done with performative resilience and ready to re-enter rhythm this might be for you.
Details:
• 4 x 90-minute sessions on Zoom
• Optional practices between sessions
• Small group sharing
• Recordings (except small group portions)
• Sliding scale, donation-based
We’ll begin when the group forms.

We’re not preparing for collapse.
We’re living with it.
And something fertile might grow from there
