Important note, we accept US Dollar and Euros currency only.
Terms & Conditions of Credit Cards are depending on the service provider’s policy.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to accept gift cards, ecards, or merchandise credits as payment for both domestic and international shipment.
We require a valid email address on each order. This allows us to communicate important information related to your order processing or request any additional information that may be required to process your order.
The timeframe of shipping is depending on the custom regulations in each country.
Please note that some global shipments may have import taxes or duty fees due at product arrival. The customer shall be responsible for these fees.
Also, global shipments can be delayed through customs for up to 6 weeks. We cannot control these delays and/or import duty fees.
Your tracking number will be sent by us through a confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours before checking the status of your shipment as the system requires some time to update.
When the product has been shipped, you cannot be changed the sending address. Please make sure you’re shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. If you have put the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. However, if your product has already been shipped out, most likely it is on it’s way back.

We will always show you the best delivery options based on your product choice and delivery address. We are shipping with either DPD, DHL or PostNL.
Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email as well as an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order. We send most orders using secure tracked services so that you can follow your order.
RETURNED TO SENDER:
We are not in control over the delivery of the item, so we do not know why the address would be returned by courier.
The courier will deem an address is not correct, insufficient, unable to locate, etc and will return the product to us. You will be able to track the item being returned with your original tracking number.
Return to sender can take anywhere from 16 weeks to be returned as they are not courier priority to ship. In case the product is returned to the courier’s where house, if you would like your order reshipped to a new address, please contact the courier’s customer service directly and they can set you up.
There is a reshipping fee just to pay for your new postage. Please bear in mind that all domestic and international shipment terms and conditions are depending on the terms of the service providers.
In case there is any special requirement for importing some product(s) such as silver material, gold material, raw hides, skins, leather etc., you should inform us in advance and we shall not be held liable to and shall not accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever if the product(s) cannot pass the customs and border protection in your country.
THE SHIPMENT COST and TAXES:
Please note that the shipment cost and taxes is depending on the number of product, weight and the destination country of product.
For shipment cost of wholesale, we will calculate the shipment cost at time of receiving the final confirmation order from you.
For stock purchase, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically.
Frændi is so confident in our product that we offer a 100% refund minus postage, if not fully satisfied, within 20 days.
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Loosduinenstraat 51, 1062EG, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Loosduinenstraat 51, 1062EG, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
