Fraendi (from Old Norse: kinship) is a growing ecosystem of practitioners, facilitators, consultants, thinkers and leaders committed to nurturing new ways of organising, leading and collaborating in service of a thriving future.

We support people, teams, organisations and systems to navigate complexity with clarity, confidence and relational intelligence – helping them lead regeneratively in a world shaped by disruption and possibility.

Our work integrates executive coaching, leadership development, systemic facilitation, futures thinking and somatic and trauma-informed practice. Everything we do is grounded in living systems thinking and an unwavering belief in the capacity of people and systems to evolve.
